Note: This position does not offer visa support. We are looking for candidates already residing in Germany, who speak German (B2).


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Advising departments on mapping business processes in software, focusing on logistics and production-related processes.
  • Taking on the role of IT application manager for selected systems, including responsibility for operation and software lifecycle within the company.
  • Developing solution concepts in collaboration with other system managers, consultants, and developers.
  • Coordinating and implementing change requests, including testing and subsequent approval.
  • Making system adjustments through parameterization.
  • Training and supporting key users and process experts in using the systems and implemented business processes.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in the manufacturing and logistics environment of an industrial company with a strong affinity for IT systems, e.g., as a key user.
  • Ideally, experience with ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Strong understanding of complex interrelationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with initiative, taking responsibility in interdisciplinary work environments.
  • Good knowledge of German and English.
