Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Lead the product strategy for robot programming and simulation solutions. Work with engineering, design, and business teams to develop OEM-agnostic programming capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, UX, design, and automation teams to deliver solutions that simplify robot accessibility for customers.
  • Innovation & Market Launch: Drive innovative, disruptive solutions to enhance automation accessibility and bring new approaches to robot programming.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement: Work closely with technology partners and customers to ensure products align with industry needs and deliver on their value proposition.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track product performance using KPIs such as product attractiveness, registered developers, active users, and active robot instances.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in product management or a product development-focused role, ideally in the robotics, automation, factory, or automation simulation software industries, or related fields.
  • Track Record of Delivery: Experience leading and delivering complex software products in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
  • Robotics Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in robotics technology and robot programming.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate across diverse teams and engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Translation: Skill in breaking down and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and drive cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
  • Adaptability: High tolerance for ambiguity, fast learning, and a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and situations.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Automation Software Solutions (PLC, HMI).
  • Programming/Simulation Background in robotics.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • German language proficiency.
