Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data to identify and document service/system requirements for aviation projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and processes, ensuring they align with project goals and objectives
  • Manage the requirements traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are traceable, testable, and verifiable
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support decision-making, improve business performance, and achieve strategic goals
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and prioritize tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending new tools and methodologies to improve requirements management processes

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Over 3 years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on the aviation industry and requirements management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in managing service and system requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, JIRA) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
