Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Lead DevOps-related pre-sales and post-sales activities, proof-of-concept development, technical customer onboarding, and managing change requests.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Take ownership of technical relationships with customers, driving satisfaction and trust.
  • Manage technical tasks effectively, balancing customer needs and business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps challenges to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in DevOps, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Project Management.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps principles and infrastructure. Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash). Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire confidence among engineers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on delivering tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of internet topology and carrier-grade network structures.
