• Understand the attributed scope within the full scope of the analysis or project;
• Identify gaps in the clients Systems, processes and behaviors, and steer client to develop solutions to these gaps;
• Be prepared technically to make a realistic action plan to deliver the attributed scope;
• Use preparation activities of the project to assure that the required concepts van be applied in the field to achieve the required results;
• Maximize time spend with the client to implement solutions and work on sustainability of the solutions from day one;
• Identify opportunities to generate benefits and produce solutions;
• Use the client engagement matrix to be prepared on the every day tactical approach of the client (MAT leader, taskforce, MAT members);
• Deliver all agreed actions OTIF (on time , in full);
• Monitor results of the actions and take corrective action where required;
• Avoid building up backlog in documenting and validating output;
• Communicate and report in a fact based and solution
