Product Development Manager

In this capacity, the Development Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing our development department, which consists of approximately 20 individuals, including team leaders, planners, tailors, color developers, knitting experts, and pattern makers. The responsibilities encompass both technical and managerial aspects, focusing on the creation of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the entire development department in Jordan.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams in both Jordan and Israel.
• Decision-making on technical and managerial matters related to product development.
• Integration into the Jordan management team.
