ABOUT AN OPEN POSITION

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Technical Support Consultant to join a growing international team and help deliver a high-quality support experience for modern software platforms and services.

In this role, you will contribute to the transformation of a customer support function into a structured and scalable Service Hub. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to investigate technical issues, improve workflows, and ensure efficient and value-driven support processes.

YOU WILL:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers in need of technical and functional assistance;
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support, manage tickets, and escalate complex issues to 3rd line support when needed;
  • Take ownership of resolving support requests in a timely and professional manner;
  • Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and contribute to effective problem resolution;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and issue handling;
  • Perform initial technical analysis using internal tools and methodologies;
  • Handle feature requests and help maintain feedback loops with product teams;
  • Build and maintain internal and client-facing documentation;
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role;
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Basic experience in scripting and programming;
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, and API integrations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong documentation-writing skills;
  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus;
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently;
  • Experience with tools such as VS Code, Terminal, Salesforce, GitLab, and Microsoft tools would be considered a plus.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 1400 – 2400 Eur. The final agreement on salary is based on skills and experience.
