Position Overview: We are seeking a talented UI UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience and proficiency in Figma to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and create design solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Apply UX research methodologies to gather insights and refine designs.
• Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines, industry standards, and best practices.
• Communicate design ideas and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in UI UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Proven expertise in designing websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
• Strong understanding of design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
