With 2-3 years of experience and proficiency in Upwork, LinkedIn, and Outreach, the ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive growth and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, and Outreach, among other online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and promote engaging sales content.
  • Analyze sales data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve performance and reach targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and success-driven environment.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in online sales, particularly with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Outreach.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
