About the job Live Streaming Operation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and organize LIVE designs and layouts on OBS.
Organize and prepare product arrangements before going live on marketplaces.
Create live streaming reports.
Coordinate the live-streaming team's schedule.
Develop strategies to increase sales.
Create promotional or marketing strategies during live streaming.
Communicate and negotiate effectively with brands.
Monitor trends on TikTok/Shopee, identify content ideas, and find suitable Talent and Hosts.
Provide training sessions to manage content creators and improve streaming sessions.
Support content creators in enhancing their content's quality, performance, and reputation.
Collaborate with the team to promote customer profiles and create engaging live content.
Monitor and provide relevant feedback for Live Streaming sessions.
Manage and lead the team.
Qualifications:
Experience in a related field is a plus.
Able to work well in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Skilled in operating OBS Studio.
Familiar with TikTok and Shopee dashboards.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Willing to work in West Jakarta
