Host Live Streaming Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage live shopping schedules to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor host and moderator behavior to ensure adherence to company SOPs.

• Collaborate with HR to calculate host and moderator fees.

• Review live session recordings to evaluate compliance with penalties and rewards.

• Enforce SOPs with professionalism and consistency.

• Serve as the liaison between hosts and the internal live shopping team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain and enforce standards firmly and fairly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge internal teams and external talents.

• Experience with live shopping platforms or e-commerce is a plus.

• Familiarity with SOPs and compliance monitoring is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
