Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage live shopping schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor host and moderator behavior to ensure adherence to company SOPs.
Collaborate with HR to calculate host and moderator fees.
Review live session recordings to evaluate compliance with penalties and rewards.
Enforce SOPs with professionalism and consistency.
Serve as the liaison between hosts and the internal live shopping team.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain and enforce standards firmly and fairly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge internal teams and external talents.
Experience with live shopping platforms or e-commerce is a plus.
Familiarity with SOPs and compliance monitoring is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
