Position: Contracts Manager (Sub-Contractor)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Slough, UK. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sub-contractor contracts, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sub-contractor contract process, from negotiation to execution and close-out.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations.
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure that they are fair and in line with company policies.
- Monitor sub-contractor performance and address any issues that arise during the contract period.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that sub-contractors are meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage all contract documentation, including amendments, change orders, and other related documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve any contract-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits of sub-contractor contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of sub-contractor contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within Telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with contract management software is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sub-contractor contracts.
