Position: Executive Secretary
Reports to: CEO
Role Purpose
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management, ensuring effective coordination, confidentiality, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEOs calendar & meetings.
- Coordinate departmental meetings with Project Managers, BDM team, HR & Finance.
- Strong follow-up on tasks assigned by CEO to ensure timely completion.
- Draft correspondence, reports & presentations.
- Maintain records & confidential documents.
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, minutes & follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills (business presentations, charts, reports).
- Proficiency in drafting professional correspondence.
- Excellent drafting & communication skills.
- Highly organized, professional & discreet.
