Position: Executive Secretary

Reports to: CEO

Role Purpose

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management, ensuring effective coordination, confidentiality, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEOs calendar & meetings.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings with Project Managers, BDM team, HR & Finance.
  • Strong follow-up on tasks assigned by CEO to ensure timely completion.
  • Draft correspondence, reports & presentations.
  • Maintain records & confidential documents.
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes & follow-ups.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
  • Strong MS PowerPoint skills (business presentations, charts, reports).
  • Proficiency in drafting professional correspondence.
  • Excellent drafting & communication skills.
  • Highly organized, professional & discreet.
