Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), United Kingdom (UK), and United States of America (USA). This role supports a diverse portfolio of positions within the IT, Telecommunications, and Software Development sectors, including managerial and strategic roles across business functions.

This leadership position requires a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong track record of delivering full-cycle hiring solutions across technical and non-technical roles, including white-collar and blue-collar positions. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of regional hiring trends, labor laws, and talent pools across UAE, KSA, UK, and USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across UAE, KSA, UK, and USA, ensuring timely and quality hiring for a range of roles, including managerial and strategic positions.

  • Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, managing both local and offshore hiring strategies.

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to forecast talent needs and align recruitment plans with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent in IT, Telecom, and Software Development industries.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal hiring policies in all regions of operation.

  • Utilize data-driven metrics to track performance, improve processes, and present hiring insights to leadership.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in end-to-end recruitment, including leadership roles, preferably in the IT/Telecom/Software industry.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE, KSA, UK, and USA labor markets and hiring practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring for diverse roles (engineers, technicians, software developers, project managers, etc.), including managerial and strategic positions.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and modern sourcing tools.
