Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Supervise and mentor payroll team members, fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to payroll and labor.
- Review and analyze payroll data for accuracy, making necessary adjustments and corrections as needed.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries effectively.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- ACCA CMA certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in managing a payroll team and leading payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insightful reports.
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
