About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with legal/finance teams to ensure compliant, profitable agreements.

  5. Reporting & Performance:
    • Track KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, conversion rates, client retention).
    • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) for pipeline management.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in Construction & Telecommunication.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or certifications (e.g., CIM) preferred.
  • Other: Willingness to travel within the UK; onsite availability required.
