- Monitor supplier performance based on quality, timely delivery, and compliance.
- Resolve supplier-related issues or discrepancies quickly.
- Provide insights on trends, costs, and supplier performance.
- Support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of procurement experience in tools, equipment, or supplies.
- Strong sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
