Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to maximize sales opportunities in IT services projects, CCTV solutions, material supply, and telecommunications.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure continued business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients to showcase the company's services and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and technical support, to ensure a seamless client experience from proposal to project execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the company.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and objectives while reporting on performance metrics and business development progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development within the telecommunications sector, particularly in IT services and project management.
- Strong understanding of CCTV technology, material supply chain processes, and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales and meeting/exceeding targets in a competitive market.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
