Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of the training center's operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the training centers performance, reputation, and output.
- Manage a team of trainers, instructors, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
2. Training Programs:
- Design, develop, and implement telecom-specific training programs, including technical skills, safety protocols, and operational excellence.
- Ensure all training programs comply with EHS standards, telecom industry regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and introduce improvements where necessary.
3. Compliance and Safety:
- Enforce strict adherence to EHS guidelines within the training center and during all training activities.
- Regularly update training modules to reflect current safety practices and telecom industry advancements.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and auditors to maintain compliance and accreditation.
4. Budgeting and Resource Management:
- Prepare and manage the training centers budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Allocate resources efficiently to support training delivery and facility maintenance.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with telecom operators, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Build partnerships with industry bodies to ensure the training center remains at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
- Represent the training center at conferences, events, and professional forums.
