Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to join our team. As a PMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project management office and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project management office in developing and implementing project management processes and procedures
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations
  • Support project managers in managing project budgets and resources
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project management office
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
  • Participate in project reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
  • Support the project management office in maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the project management office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a project coordination or project management role
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
