About the job Testing & Commissioning Engineer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, Prepare and Update Installation, Test and commissioning documents/reports and tracking sheets in accordance to client requirements, company procedures and the actual site progress.
- Monitor the site installation activities and ensure sub-contractors quality of work achieves the desirable quality level.
- Undertake site installation, test & commissioning activities. Undertake functional tests and ensure that all interfaces to the signalling system are appropriately tested according to the specification.
- Ensuring that testing activities are carried out in a timely, logical and cost effective manners. Follow internal process to raise any non-conformities found at site.
- Help the basic design team to create the design documents specifically As-Built drawings.
- Any task assigned by Team Lead or Management must be fulfilled diligently and swiftly.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
Experience:
3 years
Job specific skills:
Railway Signalling, Computer Based Interlocking, Fault Trouble Shooting, Intermediate Computer Skills, Microsoft Office, Analysing Information, General Math Skills, Reporting Research Results, Drafting, Analytical Tools.
