1. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential customers, conducting sales, and providing customer support through offline and online channels.
  • Achieving sales targets, market coverage, and growth as outlined by the sales department.
  • Create and maintain product backlogs and user stories
  • Daily trading responsibilities (including product and portfolio execution)
  • Supervise a sales team to achieve sales targets of trade business
  • Provide continuous motivation and coaching to the team
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies and tactics for business
  • Provide supportive rational forecast and control the costing budget
  • Develop and maintain close relationship with external customers and internal partners
  • Direct all primary sales activities
  • Present, promote and sell the companys different to existing and prospective customers
  • Analyse customers/ distributors needs and the potential for growth within targeted regions
  • Follow up on customer leads through calls and visits to ensure product visibility
  • Follow up on customer orders and requests to ensure customer satisfaction and product growth
  • Ensure collection of all monies owed by customers
  • Handling customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise during customer interactions.
  • Reporting on market conditions, proposing solutions, and strategies to boost sales. Advising superiors on targets, pricing, and market trends.
  • Product hunting skills
  • Undertaking other tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Provide direction for the e-commerce marketing team regarding key products/lines to push throughout all marketing channels
  • Responsible for goal setting, managing performance, hiring staff, coaching and developing staff to promote both individual and team success
  • Monitor Market Structure and Regulatory changes
  • Experienced with the routing capabilities of wholesalers, exchanges and ECN's
  • Strong organizational skills and pro-active problem-solving skills
  • Monitor and provide information on any counterfeits and any other bad business practices affecting the companys product performance and growth
