We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager who is currently residing in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in corporate finance, particularly in securing loans and managing financial operations through banks. A deep understanding of KSAs banking system, VAT regulations, and the documentation requirements of the KSA government is essential. Additionally, having a strong network within local banks and financial institutions will be a key asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the companys financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with local banks to secure company loans, manage financing needs, and maintain effective financial liquidity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KSA-based financial institutions and banks to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Prepare and organize all documentation required to secure bank loans, ensuring full compliance with KSA banking regulations.
  • Ensure VAT compliance, including timely preparation and submission of VAT returns in line with KSA VAT laws.
  • Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Handle all necessary documentation for financial reporting and ensure compliance with KSA government requirements.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management for key business decisions.
  • Manage cash flow, company investments, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Keep updated with KSAs local tax laws and financial reporting standards, ensuring the company is always compliant with changing regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CFA, ACCA, or CPA certifications are an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, with a focus on corporate finance, banking, and VAT management in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in obtaining and managing loans from KSA-based banks.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA VAT laws, tax regulations, and local financial documentation requirements.
  • Experience in working with government agencies for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
