Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of customer accounts in accordance with company policy.

  • Maintain relationships with clients to promote timely payments and address any billing inquiries or issues.
  • Review and approve adjustments, write-offs, and refunds as needed in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to accounts receivable staff to enhance their performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices for accounts receivable processes to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/ACCA or CMA certification required.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management within the telecommunications industry or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
