Job Description:

We are hiring a Country Manager to lead and oversee our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in telecommunications engineering, along with solid experience in KSA labor laws, accounts and finance, and administrative management. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability and in-depth knowledge of local regulations and telecom industry standards. Candidate should be located in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all country-level operations and ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

  • Supervise telecom engineering projects and ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements.

  • Manage legal and regulatory compliance in line with Saudi labor and commercial laws.

  • Lead and monitor financial operations, budgeting, and reporting in coordination with the finance team.

  • Handle administration functions including HR, procurement, and logistics.

  • Represent the company in official dealings with local authorities, clients, and partners.

  • Report regularly to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).

  • Proven experience in managing telecom operations in KSA.

  • Strong understanding of KSA labor laws, government processes, and compliance.

  • Experience in accounts and finance operations, with budget control capabilities.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Must be available for immediate joining.
