About the job Digital Marketing Executive
JOB PURPOSE:
To plan, execute and optimization of our online marketing efforts and promote marketing campaigns online.
By leveraging the digital channels like social media, email, and websites to promote a company's products or
services, boost brand awareness, and drive the promotion of products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. Should be well-versed in the
concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing
revenue. Need to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute creative designs for digital and print projects such as websites, social media posts
which is but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, advertisements, brochures, and
other marketing materials as well as company corporate videos.
Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and messaging guidelines
across various platforms.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and other teams to understand project goals, and provide
innovative design solutions.
Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.
Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various
channels.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Design clean, modern, and effective layouts, graphics, and illustrations for different types of media.
Enhance and retouch photos, illustrations, and other images to meet the project needs.
Review designs for errors before final delivery, ensuring quality control across all design projects.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and new technologies to enhance design
quality and efficiency.
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor's degree in marketing or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
(preferred).
5-8 years experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
Experience with web design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
