Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Back Office Operations Executive - Telecom to join our Network Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, configuring and troubleshooting network and telecommunication systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of back-end infrastructure. This role requires strong knowledge of networking technologies, VoIP systems, and telecommunication protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot GPON technologies (Nokia, Huawei).
  • Support Cisco routing and switching platforms including VLANs, STP, and port security.
  • Manage and support VoIP infrastructure and IP telephony systems, including SIP, SIP trunks, and Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM).
  • Provision and troubleshoot trunk lines such as PRI, BRI, and SIP.
  • Configure and support MPLS and VPN services.
  • Provide technical assistance for 5G network operations and leased line services.
  • Collaborate with the field and front-line teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and infrastructure issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, incidents, and technical procedures.

Required Technical Skills:

  • GPON (Nokia and Huawei) configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Cisco Routing & Switching: VLANs, STP, and port security.
  • VoIP & IP Telephony: SIP, CUCM, SIP trunks, and IP phone provisioning.
  • Trunking technologies: PRI, BRI, and SIP.
  • MPLS and VPN technologies.
  • Knowledge of 5G network basics and leased line provisioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Huawei Certification) are preferred.
  • 24 years of experience in a network support or operations environment.
