Job Purpose
The role is mandated to drive strategic business expansion within the manpower outsourcing vertical by accelerating revenue growth, enhancing market footprint, and strengthening long-term client partnerships. The position is responsible for shaping and executing commercial strategies, developing robust client and partner ecosystems, and ensuring the delivery of tailored outsourcing solutions across regional and international markets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the manpower outsourcing portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across diverse sectors including Construction, IT, Telecom, Banking, Healthcare, Education, and Professional Services for both Blue/White collar and Technical/ Non-Technical resources.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and account growth.
- Establish and enhance partnerships with recruitment agencies and talent vendors for white- and blue-collar resourcing.
- Deliver customized outsourcing solutions aligned with client operational and commercial requirements.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, manage commercial proposals, and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and finance teams to drive seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment across UAE and/or international markets.
- Established client, vendor, and recruitment partner network with proven industry credibility.
- Demonstrated success in business acquisition, sales delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multi-sector portfolios in a dynamic environment.
