About the job Business Development Manager (Manpower Outsourcing)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing across Pakistan.
- Register the company with government organizations and private sector clients, including banks, call centers, construction companies, schools, colleges, hospitals, and corporate organizations.
- Generate qualified business leads through market research, tender portals, networking, and direct client engagement.
- Identify and track manpower outsourcing tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of client registrations, business opportunities, and customer interactions in the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain the required documentation, certifications, and compliance information for client onboarding and tender submissions.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, highlighting progress, opportunities, and challenges.
- Achieve assigned business development, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
