Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee administrative operations, local procurement activities, trade license management, and government-related documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain compliance requirements, and support business functions through effective coordination and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Handle local procurement activities, vendor sourcing, quotations, and purchase coordination.
- Manage trade license renewals, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain company records, contracts, licenses, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate office facilities, assets, and operational requirements.
- Support vehicle administration, logistics coordination, and staff-related administrative matters.
- Ensure timely completion of all compliance and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Administration, Procurement, or Office Management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE trade licenses, government procedures, and documentation.
- Experience handling local procurement and vendor management.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
