Introduction
Together with our team or the team of one of our customers you maintain the existing applications and you are engaged in new projects. You are the point of contact and take a strong leading position here. You understand that the applications built here are complex, so technical challenge, in addition to managing the team, you're going to find enough here. In addition, you are encouraged to always think outside the box and explore the boundaries of possibilities. You advise requested and unsolicited therefore you have a proactive attitude. All this makes you develop even further here at a breakneck pace. You always do this with the latest techniques. Innovation is extremely important in our industry, so new techniques always need to be integrated quickly. For example, there is currently a lot of work with .NET, Azure Devops, C#, Xamarin, React Native and Angular.
The Task
The Team Coordinator Technical Application Manager .NET that we are looking for is responsible for:
- Planning and implementing changes and advising on adjustments and improvements;
- Developing, designing and managing structures and systems and advising on this;
- Contributing to the preparation of information and automation plans;
- The hub between the users, developers and the business;
- The management and development of the team;
- The further development of the existing applications;
- The development of new applications.
Xablu is a remote first company, but not all our customers have that focus. In this case we are looking for someone in the center or eastern part of the Netherlands. Being on customer locations in Overijssel or Utrecht multiple days a week is prefered. At Xablu we strive for excellent performance and agility. What we ask from you
You are an experienced team lead and an expert in applying Lean and Agile principles at different levels within an organization. You bring a structural approach and help set the technical goals. As a team lead you are a good listener and appreciated sounding board. To be successful in this position, you:
- have a Bachelor or Master degree
- have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role; please mention your experience in the cover letter.
- have knowledge of C#, .NET, Azure Devops, Xamarin, Rest, WCF and GIT is up to date and you keep developing yourself.
- agree to a background check if one of our clients demands that (VOG, non-disclosure agreement, integrity statement and questionnaire)
- have extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs
- have extensive experience with Angular and Node.JS
- have extensive experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins is a plus)
- have extensive experience with HTML / JS / CSS
- have knowledge of public cloud systems (Azure, AWS)
- have an agile mindset and scrum experience
- have E-commerce domain knowledge
