To determine whether these expected numbers can be processed, a process has been started to analyze the performance of a number of Customs IT systems and improve them where necessary. Customs has chosen to place all parties involved in Customs IV facilities within 1 organizational form, using SAFe and Agile principles and the Scrum method. The production of Customs applications is organized in three process chains with a total of 17 Agile teams. The Technical Support Team is not a regular scrum team.
