Description:
Join SAP's Research Foundations team to help build a cutting-edge User Experience Insights Hub using Dovetail Software. This role involves managing the migration of research data from SharePoint, collaborating with stakeholders to shape infrastructure, and supporting the UX research team with project planning and data coordination.
Scope of Services / Deliverables:

Project Planning & Management: Assist in creating and managing project plans and timelines

Data Management & Analysis: Use the Dovetail platform to organize, analyze, and store research data, including interview transcripts

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project-related risks
-
Compliance: Ensure project development follows SAP standards and procedures
Team Description:
You will collaborate with UX researchers and the Research Foundations team, bridging the technical and user-experience aspects of SAPs internal research infrastructure. You will support end-to-end research operations while streamlining internal processes.
Purpose and Objectives:
To provide operational project management and data coordination for building a central UX research hub that enhances the accessibility and usability of user research data at SAP.
Project Support:

Proven experience in project planning, execution, and management

Familiarity with Dovetail Platform and Microsoft Power Platform

Research and evaluation background (an advantage)
