This senior role focuses on managing the seamless migration of UX research data from SharePoint, implementing Dovetail Software, and driving the definition of infrastructure that meets researcher and stakeholder needs. The position includes project scope planning, stakeholder management, and compliance assurance.
Scope of Services / Deliverables:

Project Planning & Management: Develop and lead detailed project plans, define scope, and manage delivery timelines

Team Description:
This position is part of the Research Foundations team and collaborates with senior stakeholders and UX research professionals. The team is responsible for creating internal research infrastructure that powers scalable, compliant, and insightful user experience research.
Purpose and Objectives:
To lead the UX infrastructure project from planning through execution, enabling research efficiency and data-driven insights for SAP products while ensuring enterprise-grade compliance and stakeholder alignment.
Project Support:

Research data governance leadership
- Project Planning and Management: Developing detailed project plans, defining project scope, and managing timelines.
- Data Management and Analysis: maintain and migrate existing platform (Microsoft Sharepoint and Power Platform) to Dovetail. Participate in the definition and setup of a new repository in Dovetail. Analyse, and store qualitative research data, such as user interviews and transcripts.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating project progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Identifying and managing potential project risks.
- Compliance: Ensuring projects adhere to relevant SAP policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:

9+ years of experience in project management and delivery

Proficiency in Dovetail Platform, Microsoft Power Platform

Background in research or evaluation is a plus
- Data Management and Analysis: Using the Dovetail platform to organize, analyze, and store qualitative research data, such as user interviews and transcripts.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Dovetail Platform, Microsoft Power Platform, and their capabilities
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project planning, management, and execution.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Dovetail Platform administration, Microsoft Power Platform, and their capabilities. Ability to work with CSV files.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Research and Evaluation Skills: Experience in conducting research, analyzing data, and communicating findings.
