This project aims to define the UX experience strategy and vision for the Suite First initiative (Project Milky Way), ensuring a cohesive, user-centered design approach across all products and services within the suite. By establishing key interaction patterns, design principles, and a unified experience framework, the goal is to create a seamless and efficient user experience aligned with business objectives.

Scope of Services / Deliverables:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for the Business Suite, focusing on usability and efficiency.

  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with product requirements and technical feasibility.

  • Maintain design consistency by contributing to and enforcing a design system.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.

Team Description:

This role is part of a UX-focused initiative for a cohesive user experience across a suite of business applications. The team collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure an intuitive and user-centered design.

Purpose and Objectives:

To deliver a unified and efficient user experience across complex business applications, aligning with user needs and business goals while maintaining consistency through a centralized design system.

Project Support:

  • Active participation in project strategy and design vision

  • Contribution to the design system evolution

  • Support of cross-team collaboration for design alignment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of UX design experience

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing relevant work

  • Strong proficiency in Figma

  • Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing

  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience with enterprise-grade applications

  • Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design standards

Tools & Technologies:

  • Design & Prototyping: Figma

Travel: No regular travel expected

Base Location: Anywhere in Bulgaria
Duration & Type of Contract: 11 months | Full-time | Contract-based (extendable)
Working Hours / Time Zone Expectation: Full-time availability expected during CET working hours (core hours 10:0016:00 CET)
Language Requirements: Fluent English is required.
