About the job IT Service Management Support Consultant
Description:
3rd party resources are required to support IT Infrastructure operations (e.g., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level IT support, server and data center operations) ensuring SAPs ongoing business continuity. This position excludes direct involvement in hardware/software maintenance (break/fix, upgrades). The role focuses on stakeholder collaboration, reporting, contract support, and administrative functions related to service delivery.
Scope of Services / Deliverables:

Collaborate and work with a global team and stakeholders

Prepare presentations, templates, and status reports for management

Handle SAP Ariba orders: demand requests, quotes, approvals, PRs
-
Support Microsoft Support Admin tasks (grant access, monitor consumption, invoice checks)

Assist with RfX documentation and SAP supplier coordination

Support Contract Manager during RfPs and due diligence

Take and distribute meeting minutes, manage follow-ups

Prepare reporting documents and support fieldglass / administrative tracking
Team Description:
This role sits within the Client Technology Workplace Service Management Team and involves close cooperation with internal IT, procurement, and contract teams to streamline operational and supplier processes.
Purpose and Objectives:
To support the operational, administrative, and documentation processes within SAPs IT infrastructure environment, with a particular focus on SAP Ariba workflow, contract documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Project Support:

RfX preparation and follow-up

Supplier interaction during negotiations

Documentation of workflows, meetings, and support processes

Coordination of approvals, quotes, and purchase requests in Ariba
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Business / International Management

1-2 years of experience in IT, procurement, or business operations

Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook)

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Experience with SAP Ariba; Fieldglass knowledge is a plus
