    Travel Requirements:

    • 1-2 weeks at the beginning of the project
    • Up to 20% during project execution
    • 2-3 weeks at delivery and acceptance phases

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver customer projects within the Identity Biometry Solutions space under the DIS GBU (Digital Identity and Security). You will be accountable for all aspects of project delivery, including on-time, on-budget, and on-quality execution, working with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to meet contractual commitments and project goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Management:

      • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality as per customer contracts.
      • Interface with customers, delivery teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
      • Build the master project plan and ensure that all activities comply with contractual requirements.
      • Capture, complete, and validate customer requirements within the Solution Requirements Specification.
      • Provide regular project progress reports to management, customers' project managers, and sponsors.
      • Set up the project budget and track project costs while maintaining profitability.
      • Manage both internal and external deliveries, including contract management.
      • Identify and manage project risks and impacts, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
    2. Customer Engagement & Contract Management:

      • Coordinate closely with engineering delivery centers for the seamless execution of technical aspects.
      • Ensure proper acceptance of the project at customer premises.
      • Manage delivery scope as per the contractual agreement and lead the change management process for scope changes.
      • Influence customer needs and requirements based on customer knowledge and client solution offerings.
    3. Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:

      • Supervise all deliverables, including software, hardware, services, and documentation.
      • Implement the quality process in accordance with Manage Project and DDQS processes.
      • Conduct post-mortem meetings to identify lessons learned and communicate them to the team for knowledge capitalization.

    Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    Competencies:

    • Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
    • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, IPMA C).
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Crisis management experience.
    • Contract management experience.
    • Pre-sales skills and solution selling abilities.
    • Knowledge in cryptography, personalization solutions, and biometry is a plus.
