Kenvue is on an evolutionary journey to streamline the current processes and technology platforms because of separation from JNJ. The applications, technology & processes will significantly change in the impacted regions and thus, will require a great level of OCM experience on adoption of new system & application.
We are seeking an OCM consultant possessing prior experience of executing & delivering Change Management programs. The objective of this role is to drive Change Management effectively focusing on seamless adoption of the new system / technology.
- Develop & execute Change Management Strategy on adoption of new system along with adoption strategies for each digital capability considering the regional and functional nuances. Enable impacted teams to successfully adopt cutting-edge digital products and solutions.
- Conduct Stakeholder analysis for impacted Stakeholder groups to ensure solid engagement with all impacted teams and improve overall business outcomes.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessment (Current vs Future State) between the current and future system.
- Define & plan communications strategy and develop necessary communications assets in alignment with regional and functional teams to ensure all impacted teams understand the reasons for change and how it will affect them.
- Create innovative ways to improve the adoption of new and existing digital products based on user experience. Well-versed in data analytics and creating meaningful insights followed by targeted actions to drive adoption at regional and functional levels.
- Develop training roadmap & gain alignment with Stakeholders on execution of all training related tasks. Ensure smooth execution of training by developing training material (presentations, manuals, training guides, hands-on training exercises) along with SMEs.
- Track and provide timely status updates on all foreseeable challenges to the leaders.
Qualifications:
- At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience leading Change management, Digital Adoption, Communications, and Training on transformational programs. Experience in executing and driving Change
- Deep understanding of Change management principles, techniques, and tools.
- Experience applying a data-driven approach to improve end-user adoption of new platform.
- Experience working in a Supply Chain organization is strongly preferred.
- Change Management certification is preferred (e.g., PROSCI or CCMP Certified Change Management Practitioner)
