Description: 3rd party resources to support IT Infrastructure operations (e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd level IT support, Server and Landscape and Data center operations) which maintain SAP's ongoing business operation / business continuity. Hardware and software maintenance (break/fix, upgrades, etc.) is NOT included!
Infrastructure specific Services: Network and Telecommunication Specialists, Storage-, Server-, SAP Basis Operation Specialists, Client Technology Field Support, IT Helpdesk, IT NON-SAP Product Specialists, IT Security.

Team Description:
Governance and Excellence Service, a sub-team under the CTW Service Management (SM) team, aims to enhance service efficiency, compliance, and maturity. The team ensures alignment with business objectives and fosters collaboration for optimal outcomes across our entire SM service portfolio.
Purpose and Objectives:
The IT Consultant for Service Management Content & Knowledge Collaboration plays a key role in supporting initiatives led by the Governance & Excellence Team. This position focuses on strengthening service management practices and driving continuous improvement through effective project support and strategic content collaboration.
Content & Knowledge Collaboration:
- Create high-quality business and technical documentation, as well as engaging content, to support knowledge sharing and team development
- Maintain a robust, secure, and continuously evolving information architecture to ensure content is well-organized and easily accessible
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements for content collaboration initiatives
- Improve content usability and user experience through effective delivery mechanisms
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and knowledge articles
- Analyze business processes and document them in clear text and process diagrams
- Manage the full content lifecycle by implementing automation such as annual content reviews
Project Support:
- Play a key role in IT projects related to content and knowledge collaboration
- Gather requirements from IT and business stakeholders
- Support project teams with documentation and content creation
- Collaborate with project leads to ensure clear and comprehensive deliverables
- Continuously adapt to evolving technologies and processes to enhance project success
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a Content & Knowledge Collaboration role
- Proven skills in creating technical documentation
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good to Have:
- Previous experience in project management
- Familiarity with tools and technologies similar to those listed below
