About the job Electrician - Perm - Three Rivers, MI

This is a great opportunity for dynamic and seasoned Electricians who are seeking a salaried, fully benefited, job opportunity out of Three Rivers, MI.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Electricians with Journeymans card, or 7+ years of direct electrician experience.
  • Must have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment NOT facilities maintenance
  • Experience industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, down to 24-volt DC circuitry
  • Electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment, in any industry PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred 
  • Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives (controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important)
  • This is a CNC Machining facility, so having CNC experience would be preferred
  • Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred. 
  • Should be experienced with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuity
  • Should be able to show examples of troubleshooting these items; they will be exposed to but not limited to 24v DC, 120v, 277v, and 480v circuits.
  • Troubleshooting can range from troubleshooting proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Automotive industry experience
  • Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines
