The Opportunity:

Our Client recognizes the valuable real-world experience that former clerks bring to our practice and actively seeks lawyers with clerkship experience from both federal and state courts to join the firm as associates. More than 150 of our current attorneys have served as judicial clerks, including for the United States Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeal, United States District Courts and state Supreme Courts. We recruit judicial clerks into specific practices and offices and encourage current clerks to apply by submitting a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.

We evaluate our associate needs following the current term on a rolling basis; we will contact you directly if our practice group needs align with your experience and interest.

The Firm offers a competitive bonus for judicial clerks and provide development year credit for clerkship experience. The anticipated initial annual salary range for an entry-level clerk depends on location and can range between $160,000 $225,000.
