Our client is a leading offshore law firm who are looking for a junior paralegal to join their Asia Banking & Corporate team in Hong Kong.

Role description

The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting all fee earners in the team with a variety of matters. You will have the opportunity to review documents, draft legal advice, draft corporate resolutions, attend the security registrations, conduct due diligence, and assist the team on general legal matters.

Requirements

• The successful candidates will be trilingual (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
• LLB graduate 
• 0-2 years experience as a paralegal
• Enthusiastic and a good team player 
• Proactive
