A top tier international law firm are looking for an associate to join their Hong Kong Public Companies Practice. You will assist in advising public companies on a wide range of corporate and securities law matters. 

Requirements

• Hong Kong qualified
• 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and securities law, preferably with a focus on public companies.
• Must have relevant working experience in public company M&A and/or IPO and advising on Listing Rules issues.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are a pre-requisite and the ability to speak Cantonese would be a strong preference.
