We are working on a new position with a well regarded UK law firm for their corporate team. 

This role will focus on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.

Key areas of work will include M&A, joint ventures, IPOs, reorganisations, and public takeovers. Additionally, you will provide advice on listed company compliance, corporate secretarial matters, and corporate governance. 

Requirements

• 4-5PQE
  
• Solid general corporate experience gained from an international firm
  
• Native or near native mandarin skills
  
• Experience advising PRC clients
