An elite US law firm are looking to hire a DCM associate for their busy practice. You will have the opportunity to represent both issuers and underwriters in a variety of financing transactions, such as high-yield, investment-grade and convertible bond offerings.

Candidates should have prior DCM experience from an international or PRC law firm. Native mandarin strongly preferred and excellent english essential. LLM or JD from a leading law school required.
