Job Title: Fulfillment Team

Job Purpose
The Fulfillment Team is responsible for managing all order handling processes from receiving orders to preparing, packing, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to customers. Their role is essential for maintaining smooth operational flow and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing
· Receive daily orders from system dispatcher team.
· Prioritize orders based on time, urgency, and shipping method.
· Coordinate with the system dispatcher team for any unclear or special-order notes.
2. Picking & Sorting
· Pick items accurately according to order details.
· Sort products-based type, and collection to ensure correct selection.
· Follow product handling guidelines to protect delicate fabrics (scarves).
3. Quality Check (Primary Level QC)
· Inspect items before packing to ensure no defects, stains, or mismatches.
· Verify order accuracy (product, color, quantity).
4. Packing & Labeling
· Pack products using WOROOD packaging standards.
· Seal orders professionally to enhance customer experience.
· attach shipping labels accurately.
5. Dispatch & Handover
· Hand over shipments to courier on time.
· Track daily shipment movement with Operation Specialist.
6. Inventory Support
· Coordinate with warehouse for items or discrepancies immediately.
7. Returns & Exchanges Support
· Receive returned orders and prepare them for inspection.
Requirements
· Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or retail preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and product accuracy.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
· Basic computer skills (for order system usage).
· Physical ability to handle product movement and packing tasks.
· Teamwork, punctuality, and strong commitment to deadlines.
· Work schedule: 5 working days per week, with Thursday and Saturday on a rotational basis
