Operations Supervisor – Worood Company

Job Summary

Worood Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee

daily operational activities, drive process efficiency, and support cross-functional teams in

achieving company objectives. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring

workflows, managing team performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational

excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Operations Specialists, Fulfillment, Packing, and Quality Control (QC) teams.

Assign daily tasks and clearly communicate priorities, expectations, and deadlines.

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance and analysis reports.

Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance

efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Customer Service,

Logistics, and Workshop Quality teams.

Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ensure system data accuracy, including order statuses, inventory movements, and

dispatch confirmations.

Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and operational projects.

Handle operational escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and operational guidelines.

Conduct team training, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

Plan workforce requirements and hiring needs based on business expansion and

workload demands

Plan manpower needed to hiring regarding to expansion or workload.

Monitor workflow efficiency and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Resolve urgent operational challenges, including order delays, manpower shortages, and

system errors.

Build team engagement by providing insights, direction, and a clear operational vision.

Analyze operational data and generate actionable recommendations to improve

performance.

Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure alignment and seamless workflow

execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a

related field.

5–7 years of experience in operations, fashion, e-commerce, or related industries.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Experience with ERP systems, Shopify, ClickUp, or other order management systems is

an advantage.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Work Schedule
Five working days per week.
Thursday and Saturday are rotational working days based on operational
requirements.
