Social Media Moderator

Worood, an international hijab brand, is hiring a Social Media Moderator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers by responding to messages and comments across multiple social media platforms.
• Handle customer follow-ups and coordinate with shipping companies to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of social media moderators.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to the moderation team.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure continuous coverage and efficiency.

Requirements:

Preferably experience in SM

Must be a graduate.

Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Highly interactive and engaging with customers.

Dedicated, committed, and hardworking.

Working Conditions:

Hybrid

Rotational shifts, including weekends.

Enjoy 2 days off per week.
