Senior Talent Management Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, driving talent management initiatives, and supporting employee development, engagement, and performance management strategies that contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, and conducting Competency-Based Interviews (CBIs).
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements, define job specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and oversee recruitment activities to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate and employee experience.
- Design, implement, and evaluate talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage and support the performance management system, including KPI tracking, appraisal cycles, performance reviews, and action plans to enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management practices and development plans.
- Identify training and development needs through performance reviews, competency assessments, and business requirements.
- Coordinate and support the execution of learning and development programs.
- Conduct job analysis and market research to develop, review, and update job descriptions and competency frameworks.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure the timely updating of HR systems (HRIS).
- Assist in developing, documenting, and updating HR policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to succession planning, career development, and organizational development initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal HR events and activities, including employee engagement events, onboarding sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Analyze talent management and performance-related data and prepare reports and insights to support informed HR decisions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with strong experience in recruitment and talent management.
- Proven experience in performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, competency-based interviewing, and talent management practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives, policies, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS).
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for continuous learning, employee development, and organizational growth.
- HR certifications or professional diplomas are a plus.
