About the Role
The Senior Content Creator at WOROOD is responsible for shaping and executing the visual and creative identity of the brand across all digital platforms. The role combines creativity, artistic direction, content planning, design skills, copywriting, and strong execution abilities to ensure every piece of content reflects the essence and luxury positioning of the WOROOD house.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling social media content, campaign creatives, mood boards, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling directions aligned with WOROOD's campaigns, launches, and seasonal brand moments.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all digital platforms.
- Generate innovative and trend-aware creative ideas that align with the brand's luxury positioning and identity.
- Ensure all visuals, content, and creative executions remain aligned with WOROOD's aesthetic, tone of voice, and overall brand direction.
- Write engaging and on-brand copy for captions, campaigns, social media posts, and marketing communication.
- Lead and execute photoshoots, reels, and content production with strong attention to styling, composition, and creative direction.
- Prepare and organize shoot references, styling directions, visual inspirations, and creative briefs before content production.
- Conduct market and trend research to continuously bring fresh and relevant creative approaches to the brand.
- Regularly create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms while maintaining high creative standards and consistency.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform dynamics, and evolving content formats to continuously elevate the brand's creative output.
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, creative design, or social media content production.
- Strong design skills using Canva, with the ability to create visually compelling and on-brand content.
- Ability to design mood boards, campaign visuals, social media creatives, and presentation materials with a refined luxury aesthetic.
- Strong copywriting skills in English with the ability to create engaging, elevated, and brand-aligned content.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
- Highly creative with a strong artistic sense and strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform dynamics.
- Ability to execute content under fast-paced campaign timelines while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Previous experience or strong understanding of the fashion, modest fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
- Shares and embodies the WOROOD aesthetic, vision, and brand identity.
